  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • grated carrots - 2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • cooking oil
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c

How to make polynesian wedding cake:

Mix the first 3 ingredients with hand mixer. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together, using a wooden spoon. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
