- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- grated carrots - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- cooking oil
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
How to make polynesian wedding cake:
Mix the first 3 ingredients with hand mixer. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together, using a wooden spoon. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Frost with cream cheese frosting.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make.
