Ingredients/Components
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- light cream - 1 c
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- grated Swiss cheese
- chopped red pepper - 1/4 c
- Jimmy Dean sausage - 1 pkg
How to make country breakfast pie:
Cook sausage until done. Crumble, then drain. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in pie shell. Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour in shell.
