Ingredients/Components

• eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
• light cream - 1 c
• 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
• chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
• chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
• grated Swiss cheese
• chopped red pepper - 1/4 c
• Jimmy Dean sausage - 1 pkg

How to make country breakfast pie:

Cook sausage until done. Crumble, then drain. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in pie shell. Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour in shell. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool for 7 to 10 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
