- egg - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- chili powder to taste - 1 item
- cup milk - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn drained - 1 item
- corn meal mix
- can campbell tomato soup - 1 item
How to make cornbread pie:
Cornbread Topping;2 c. corn meal mix1 egg1/2 c. vegetable oil1 cup milk Brown ground beef; drain. In a separate pot, mix corn, soup, pinto beans, and chili powder. Bring to a boil then simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the ground beef. Mix ingredients for corn bread. Pour into a casserole dish, then cover with the cornbread mixture.
