Graham streusel coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- ground cinnamon
- butter or margarine, melted - 2/3 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- milk - 1 Tbsp
How to make graham streusel coffee cake:
Combine the first five ingredients; set aside. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour half of the batter into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle with half of the graham cracker mixture. Carefully spoon the remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with the remaining graham cracker mixture.Bake at 350° for 40 - 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Combine confectioners' sugar and milk; drizzle over the cake.
12 - 16 servings.
