Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- grated cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can cream style corn - 1 item
- Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 pkg
- 1 lb frozen crawfish - 1 pkg
- to 3 chopped jalapenos - 2 item
How to make cajun cornbread:
Mix all together and bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, For large groups, Breads.
