Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn plus liquid - 1 item
How to make corn pudding:
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a greased casserole dish (9 x 13-inch) or smaller. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes, depending on size and thickness of dish. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
