Ingredients/Components
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- stick butter - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make corn pudding:
In a large bowl, combine corn, eggs, sugar, cornstarch and salt; mix well. Add milk. Blend until ingredients are covered. Cut butter into small pieces and mix into corn. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
