Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- slices bread, cubed - 3 item
- large can pineapple, drained - 1 item
- roasted pecans - 1 item
How to make pineapple souffle:
Melt butter in pan (9 x 9-inch). Mix together the next 5 ingredients and pour into baking dish with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, 1 tablespoon sugar and roasted pecans. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
