Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- hot water - 1/2 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- lemon flavor - 1 tsp
How to make corn pudding:
Beat eggs well; add sugar, corn, milk and lemon flavoring. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to egg mixture. Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
