Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • butter - 1 item
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • can cream-style corn - 1 lb

How to make corn pudding:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add eggs, corn and milk; mix well. Pour into dish and dot with butter. Bake for 1 hour. Center should be almost firm.
