Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- American cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Town House crackers - 1 item
- box mixed vegetables frozen, I use Italian blend - 20 oz
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cook and drain vegetables. Mix together soup, mayonnaise and cheese. Pour mixture over vegetables. Top with Town House cracker crumbs, then Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
