Ingredients/Components
- corn meal - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- corn oil - 1/4 c
- milk - 1/2 1
- sugar according to taste - 2 4
How to make corn muffins:
Preheat oven to 475°. Combine together all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Generously grease muffin pan with corn oil. Pour batter into muffin cups. Bake until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
