- eggs - 2 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 3 Tbsp
- cream-style corn - 1 c
- self-rising cornmeal - 2 c
- sour cream or buttermilk - 1/2 pt
- medium size onions, chopped - 2 item
- chopped hot red pepper - 3 Tbsp
How to make mexican corn bread:
Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Put into greased baking pan. Bake at 400° for about 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
