  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • baking powder
  • corn meal - 2/3 c
  • boiled hot dogs - 1 2

How to make corn dogs:

Combine dry ingredients. Combine egg and oil with milk; add to dry mix and mix well. Insert wooden skewers into hot dogs. Cover hot dogs with mixture. Fry in fat until golden brown. Serves 10 to 20.
