  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • baking powder
  • shortening - 2 Tbsp
  • hot dogs - 1 item
  • corn meal - 2/3 c

How to make corn dogs:

Will also need sticks.

Mix together dry ingredients with shortening until it resembles crumbs. Add milk and egg. Mix. Heat oil for deep frying. Dry hot dog and place on a stick. Dip in batter and fry in oil until golden brown.
