  • wieners - 8 item
  • cup mustard - 1/2 item
  • wooden craft sticks - 8 item
  • package refrigerated grand size corn biscuits - 1 16
  • slices American cheese, cut in half - 8 item

How to make corn dogs:

Preheat oven to 350°. Insert one wooden craft stick halfway into each wiener. Set aside.

Separate biscuits. On floured board press and roll each into a 7 x 4 inch oval. Spread 2 tsp. mustard lengthwise down center of each biscuit. Top each with 2 pieces cheese. Place hot dog in center of biscuit. Fold top of dough over end of wiener, fold sides toward center, enclosing wiener pinch edges to seal. Place seam side down on greased baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving. Can be made without wooden craft sticks.
