Ingredients/Components
- Hillshire Farms Sausage - 1 lb
- cup rice - 3/4 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 10
- cup water - 3/4 item
- butter or margarine - 1 tbsp
- pkg - 1 10
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1- 1/2
- cup grated Swiss cheese - 1 item
How to make sausage and rice:
Cut sausage in chunks, combine with next four ingredients in large skillet on medium heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in peas and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Simmer covered for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
