Ingredients/Components
- 8 oz - 2 pkgs
- diced pimento - 1 jar
- 25 oz - 1 can
- green onions, minced - 2 item
- ranch dressing mix - 1 pkg
- diced green chiles - 1 can
- small can black olives, drained and diced - 1 item
- 12 inch flour tortillas - 4 item
How to make pinwheels:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Drain vegetables and blot dry on paper towels, mix with cream cheese mixture. Spread on tortillas, roll tortillas tightly and chill at least 2 hours, cut roll into 1 inch pieces. Makes 3 dozen - serve with salsa.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Spreads.
