  • sour cream - 1 c
  • margarine, softened - 1/4 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
  • can cream-style corn - 1 oz
  • box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 oz

How to make corn casserole:

Preheat oven to 375°. Mix butter, sour cream and egg. Stir in both corns. Blend in dry muffin mix and spoon into a well-greased casserole. Bake for 1 hour until puffed up, golden brown and crispy on top.

A casserole kids like! (Well, some kids!)
