  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
  • stick margarine, melted can use less - 1 item

How to make creamed corn:

Mix together in a casserole dish. Top with grated cheese last 15 minutes of baking. Bake 1 hour at 325° in a glass pan or at 350° in a metal pan.
