  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • drained corn - 2 c

How to make corn pudding:

Blend butter, flour, sugar and salt. Add eggs, beating well. Stir in corn and milk. Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 325°. Stir once halfway through baking.

When done, pudding will be golden brown and a knife inserted in the middle will come out clean.
