Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- drained corn - 2 c
How to make corn pudding:
Blend butter, flour, sugar and salt. Add eggs, beating well. Stir in corn and milk. Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 325°. Stir once halfway through baking.When done, pudding will be golden brown and a knife inserted in the middle will come out clean.
