Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- yellow corn meal - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cans creamed corn - 2 oz
- large eggs, beaten - 2 item
- can green chiles, drained - 1 oz
How to make corn casserole:
Combine first six ingredients. Add corn meal, garlic salt and soda. Pour into greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
