Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- small can green chilies - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- Kraft Mexican cheese, grated or melted - 8 oz
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Saute bell pepper, onion, sugar, salt and pepper in oleo. Mix all ingredients, except cracker crumbs, together and pour into greased dish and cover top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
