  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • soda
  • egg - 1 item
  • sour milk - 2 c
  • corn meal - 2 c

How to make corn bread:

Mix dry ingredients. Add the egg (beaten), sour cream and milk. Beat well and bake in shallow pans in a hot oven at 450° for about 1/2 hour.
