  • corn meal - 2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • buttermilk - 2 c
  • vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item

How to make corn bread:

Mix dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, oil and eggs. Bake in well-greased pans in moderate oven (350° to 375°). Makes 2 pans.
