Corn bread



Ingredients/Components
- corn meal - 1 c
- sifted flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
How to make corn bread:
Sift all dry ingredients into bowl. Add egg and buttermilk; beat until smooth. Grease baking pan or heat pan first. Bake at 350° for until brown.Note: May have to raise to 425° to brown.
