Cold vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- finely chopped onions - 1/4 c
- cream or half and half - 1/4 c
- Miracle Whip or mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- Pillsbury crescent rolls - 1 pkg
How to make cold vegetable pizza:
Layer crescent rolls in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° until golden. Cool.Mix rest of ingredients and spread over the crust. Arrange assorted vegetables on top. Can be made the night before.
Toppings: Grated carrots, broccoli flowerets, cauliflower, green peppers, halves of black and green olives, mushrooms, sliced cherry tomatoes and celery.
