Ingredients/Components
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- pkg - 2 oz
- Hidden Valley Ranch original dressing mix dry - 1 pkg
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- assorted vegetables, cut and diced* - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make vegetable bars:
*Broccoli, scallions, carrot, red pepper, olives, etc.Press rolls into a cookie sheet, pinching seams. Bake 10 minutes at 350°. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle vegetables over top. Top with cheese. Chill several hours. Cut into bars.
