Veggie pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- garlic salt - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- dill optional - 1 item
- Pillsbury crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- veggies of your choice raw* - 1 item
How to make veggie pizza:
*Broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, black olives, green pepper and tomatoes. Cut up veggies small. Crumble broccoli and cauliflower. You could also use baby shrimp; be creative.Lightly grease a cookie sheet (I use Pam). Flatten dough and push up sides a little around the pan. Cook 12 minutes at 400°.
Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add garlic salt and dill to taste.
Spread cream cheese mixture on warm dough. Spread on toppings and refrigerate until serving.
If you are in a hurry or just want a little of one veggie, you can pick it up at the grocery salad bar already chopped and ready to put on your pizza.
