Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 3 item
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
  • water - 3/4 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • butter flavoring - 1 tsp
  • small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
  • box Duncan Hines butter cake mix - 1 item
  • to 1/2 stick margarine - 1/4 item

How to make coffee cake:

Dry Mix:2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. sugar Mix the Dry Mix ingredients together. Mix the first 7 ingredients together. Using 1/4 to 1/2 stick margarine, grease tube pan or Bundt pan thoroughly, then sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped nuts around pan.

Layer pan with 1/3 of batter, then 1/2 of Dry Mix over batter, then 1/3 batter, then the other 1/2 of Dry Mix, then rest of batter on top. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 1 hour.
