Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- butter flavoring - 1 tsp
- small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- box Duncan Hines butter cake mix - 1 item
- to 1/2 stick margarine - 1/4 item
How to make coffee cake:
Dry Mix:2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. sugar Mix the Dry Mix ingredients together. Mix the first 7 ingredients together. Using 1/4 to 1/2 stick margarine, grease tube pan or Bundt pan thoroughly, then sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped nuts around pan.Layer pan with 1/3 of batter, then 1/2 of Dry Mix over batter, then 1/3 batter, then the other 1/2 of Dry Mix, then rest of batter on top. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 1 hour.
