Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- warm water
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- yeast - 1 pkg
- salt coarse - 1 item
How to make pretzel dough:
Measure water into a large bowl. Sprinkle on yeast and stir until soft. Add salt, sugar and flour. Mix and knead dough. Roll and twist into desired shape. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with egg and sprinkle with coarse salt (optional). BakeRecipe categories: Breads, Lunch/snacks, Snacks.
