Coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• milk - 2/3 c
• brown sugar - 1/3 c
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• egg - 1 item
• white sugar - 2 Tbsp
• all-purpose baking mix - 2 c

How to make coffee cake:

Combine 2 cups baking mix, white sugar, milk and egg. Pour into 9-inch round pan. Combine 1/3 cup baking mix, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon with a fork. Sprinkle over cake and bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes.
