Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- whole eggs - 2 item
How to make blueberry dessert:
Mix together graham cracker crumbs, confectioners sugar, nuts and oleo. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Beat rest of ingredients until smooth; place in 9 x 13 pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and cool. Spread 1 can blueberry pie filling over baked mixture, then spread whipped cream with sugar added, on top of pie filling. Chill for 2 hours; cut into squares and serve.
