  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • bag - 2 cans
  • pie shells not deep-dish - 3 item

How to make coconut macaroon pie:

Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells. Melt 1/2 stick margarine and spoon on top of pies. Bake at 350° until golden brown.
