- milk - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- vanilla ice cream, softened - 1/2 gal
- coconut cream instant pudding - 3 pkg
- crackers Ritz, Town House
How to make coconut cream dessert:
Take crackers and crush them up. Melt stick butter over crackers. Mix together pudding, milk and ice cream. Pour over crackers. Put Cool Whip on top. Pour coconut flakes over top. Refrigerate several hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Coconut.
