- pkg - 9 oz
- container Cool Whip - 12 oz
- artificial sweetener - 2 pkg
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
- lite cream cheese - 1 pkg
- sugar free strawberry jello
- stick low cholesterol low-salt margarine - 1 item
How to make strawberry pretzel dessert:
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter and mix with pretzels. Pat into a 9 x 12-inch baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and 2 packages of artificial sweetener. Smooth over pretzel crust. Mix jello, 2 cups hot water and strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set. Yields 12 servings.
