large box strawberry jello - 1 item
boiling water - 2 c
cold water - 2 c
large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
bananas, diced - 2 item
miniature marshmallows - 2 c
pineapple juice
sugar - 1/2 c
egg, beaten - 1 item
flour - 2 Tbsp
butter - 1 tsp
pkg - 1 oz
Dream Whip, prepared - 1 pkg
coconut - 1 c
broken nuts - 1 c

How to make strawberry delight:

Topping:1 c. pineapple juice1/2 c. sugar1 egg, beaten2 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared1 c. coconut1 c. broken nuts Gelatin: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Stir in pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Let sit until firm.

Topping: Combine juice, sugar, egg, flour and butter in saucepan. Cook until smooth. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese and stir until well blended. When cooled, fold in Dream Whip. Spread over firm gelatin. Sprinkle coconut and nuts over top. Chill for at least 3 hours. Use a 9 x 13-inch dish.
