Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- water - 1/2 c
- margarine or butter - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- instant pudding
How to make cream puffs:
Filling:1 pkg. instant pudding1 3/4 c. milk Mix filling ingredients together well.Heat oven to 400°. Put water and margarine in saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball (about 1 minute). Remove from heat. Beat in eggs. Beat until smooth. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake until golden, about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
Cut off tops and pull out soft dough. Fill puffs. Dust with powdered sugar or chocolate frosting.
Heat 1/2 square chocolate and 1 teaspoon margarine over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon hot water. Beat until smooth.
