- sugar
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- coconut - 1 c
- shortening - 1 c
- oleo - 1 c
- crushed potato chips
How to make potato chip cookies:
Mix in order given. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with floured fork. Bake at 325° for 12 to 14 minutes. Cookies brown around edge. Makes about 7 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
