Peaches and cream cheese pie

- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine, softened - 3 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 3/4 c
- peach juice - 1/4 c
- large can peaches - 1 item
How to make peaches and cream cheese pie:
Mix flour and vanilla pudding in a small bowl. Add egg, milk and margarine. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into well greased 8 x 2-inch cake pan, Pyrex dish or deep dish pie plate. (Do not use regular pie plate.)Drain peaches well, reserving juice. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Sprinkle on mixture in pie plate.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice in small bowl. Beat 2 minutes. Spoon on peaches. Spread, leaving 1-inch rim around edge.
Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle on pie. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
