Ingredients/Components
- eggs, separated - 4 item
- Pet milk - 2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- baked pie shell - 1 item
- Gradually add sugar and 1/2 milk
How to make chocolate pie:
Beat yolks until well blended. Gradually add sugar and 1/2 milk. Mix cocoa and flour; fold into mixture. Add remaining milk. Cook in double boiler until thick. Add butter; mix well. Pour into shell and top with meringue.Meringue:4 egg whites8 Tbsp. sugar Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually add sugar, beating as you add until whites will hold a peak.
