Coconut pie



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can coconut - 1 item
- baked pie shell - 1 item
How to make coconut pie:
Combine sugar, butter, egg yolks, flour, milk and coconut in saucepan. Cook over low heat until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue. Sprinkle top with a little coconut and brown in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
