Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- confectioners sugar
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkg
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- melted baking chocolate
- karo syrup white - 2 Tbsp
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Frosting:2 oz. melted baking chocolate3 Tbsp. margarine2 Tbsp. karo syrup (white)2 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar3 Tbsp. milk Mix pudding and milk. Fold in whip. Butter pan. Lay whole graham crackers on bottom. Pour 1/2 mixture over graham crackers. Layer on more crackers and remaining mixture. Layer once more with graham crackers.Spread frosting over top and refrigerate overnight.
