- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 6 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- flaked coconut - 2 c
- light cream - 10 Tbsp
- Add eggs one at a time
- broken pecans - 1 c
- sticks melted butter - 2 item
How to make vanilla wafer cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Alternate vanilla wafer crumbs and milk. Fold in pecans and coconut. Bake 2 hours in Bundt pan at 275°. Cool completely before removing from Bundt pan.Drizzle Icing:10 Tbsp. sugar10 Tbsp. light cream4 Tbsp. butter Combine and boil for 5 minutes. Cool completely.
