Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1/4 c
- soft butter - 1 c
- flour all-purpose
- confectioners sugar 10x powder - 1/2 c
How to make whipped shortbread:
Blend ingredients together until fluffy. Chill at least 2 hours. Place dough on lightly floured board, roll to desired thickness (1/4 to 1/2-inch) and cut with lightly floured cookie cutter.
