- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- unsweetened chocolate, melted - 4 sq
How to make chocolate crinkles:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time, blending well. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture; chill overnight. Drop by teaspoon into confectioners sugar and roll into balls. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
