  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • unsweetened chocolate, melted - 4 sq

How to make chocolate crinkles:

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time, blending well. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture; chill overnight. Drop by teaspoon into confectioners sugar and roll into balls. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes (DON'T OVERBAKE).
