Ingredients/Components
- oleo - 1/4 c
- rice - 2 c
- can chicken soup - 1 item
- or 3 chicken breasts, boiled, diced and broth saved - 2 item
- small can Swiss cheese - 1 item
- pack mixed vegetables, cooked until crisp in chicken broth - 1 (10
- bread crumbs, sprinkled on top - 1 item
How to make chicken vegetable casserole:
Cook rice. Add Swiss cheese, butter and soup. Steam mixed vegetables and add to rice all other ingredients. Add chicken breasts. Makes a large casserole dish. Sprinkle bread on top. Bake about 30 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
