- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- T butter or margarine - 1 item
- T water - 1 item
- slices cooked ham, torn into small pieces - 4 item
- c Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks - 1/4 item
- T salsa - 3 item
How to make southwestern eggs:
Beat eggs slightly in a small bowl; add water and mix until incorporated. Melt butter in non-stick skillet. Add ham and saut?© until slightly browned. Pour eggs onto ham and cook until slightly set. Add cheese and salsa, stir to blend in and cover pan. Cook until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Serves 2.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, One Dish meal.
