Oven barbecued spareribs
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- chili sauce - 1/3 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- dash of bottled hot pepper sauce - 1 item
- thin lemon slices - 3 item
- pork spareribs - 4 lb
How to make oven barbecued spareribs:
Cut ribs in serving-size pieces. In large saucepan, cover ribs with salted water. Cover and simmer until nearly tender, about 1 hour. Meanwhile, in saucepan, melt butter; add garlic and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. DrainRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
