Ingredients/Components

  • chicken, cooked, boned and cut into bite-size pieces - 1 item
  • cheese Doritos
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can jalapeno relish or hot taco sauce - 1 item
  • chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • grated Cheddar - 2 c

How to make mexican chicken casserole:

Soak Doritos in 2 cups chicken broth. Place on bottom of sprayed 9 x 13 dish. Mix soups, then stir chicken in. Spread on Doritos. Spread relish on chicken mixture. Sprinkle cheese on relish. Sprinkle chili powder on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
